Meet your provider

Tyler, PMHNP-BC

“I help high-functioning adults make sense of the things therapy never quite explained — the chronic lateness, the half-finished projects, the constant background hum. Care should follow the evidence and feel like getting your brain back, not being managed.”

  • PMHNP-BC — board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
  • ADHD-CCSP certified (ADHD Clinical Services Provider)
  • Focused on adult ADHD, anxiety, depression & burnout
  • Practices guideline-concordant care (APA, AAFP, CADDRA) with measurement-based tools (ASRS, GAD-7, PHQ-9)
  • Prescribing — including controlled medications when clinically appropriate — follows DEA, Ryan Haight, and state telehealth requirements

Wow! Finally a health professional that listens and educates. I expressed to Tyler numerous times during our appointment how much I appreciated her patience and knowledge. Tyler took the time to listen to my concerns, educate me and prescribed an accurate medication and dosage. I highly recommend!

Tyler was attentive, a great listener, patient, and communicated with me so well. I really felt like she actually cared about what I was saying and didn't just prescribe me whatever to get the appointment over with, she really tried to pinpoint the perfect medication for me.

FAQ

The questions we hear most.

Yes. Our psychiatric clinicians can evaluate, diagnose, and prescribe both stimulant and non-stimulant medications where clinically appropriate and legally permitted in your state.

Most patients can book an appointment within 24 hours of completing the assessment. Members receive priority scheduling, including same-day appointments when available.

We're an out-of-network, self-pay practice — by design. That lets us offer longer visits, faster access, and care that isn't dictated by insurance utilization review. After each visit we provide a superbill so you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

After your visit you'll get an itemized receipt with diagnosis codes (ICD-10), service codes (CPT), clinician NPI, and tax ID — everything your insurance needs. You upload it through your insurer's member portal. If you have out-of-network mental health benefits (most PPO and POS plans do), they reimburse a percentage of your visit directly to you, typically 40–80% after your out-of-network deductible.

Insurance reimbursement forces rushed medication visits, requires a diagnosis on your permanent insurance record, often denies certain prescriptions without prior auth, and limits how often you can be seen. Self-pay removes those constraints, protects your privacy, and gets you a longer, more thorough visit — and you can still recover much of the cost through out-of-network benefits.

We focus on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. We collaborate with — and can refer to — a vetted network of therapists when therapy is part of your plan.

It's real care. Every patient meets with a board-certified psychiatric clinician via secure video — no chatbots, no automated diagnoses, no symptom-form prescriptions.

We provide personalized treatment plans for: Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Anxiety disorders, Depression, Insomnia, and Stress.

Step 1 — Sign up and reserve an appointment time: create an account, fill out the basic personal information and Intake form, choose a time slot, and submit payment. The reserved time isn't final; you may be offered other options at the next step. Step 2 — Confirm the appointment: our Care Team processes your Intake form and completes a PDMP (Prescription Drug Monitoring Program) verification. Once verifications are successful, a support agent contacts you to confirm the date and time. Step 3 — Initial video visit: meet with a licensed healthcare provider who will assess your symptoms, review your health history, and create a personalized treatment plan. Step 4 — Follow-ups: connect with your provider regularly to track progress, refill prescriptions, and discuss any questions about your treatment.

Yes. ESA and disability letters are offered at the initial evaluation rate of $195.

Shortages of medication can be due to various reasons like manufacturing problems or delays in delivery. Regardless of the reasons, we are here to support you and offer solutions. However, any changes need your provider's approval to ensure your safety. Sometimes a follow-up appointment might be necessary if the change in your prescription is significant.

Some pharmacies, large chains and small independents may not accept electronic prescriptions (eRx) from telehealth services due to their specific policies. These policies and the list of pharmacies vary from state to state. If you encounter this issue, reach out to our support team.

Refill requests are typically processed by the Care Team by the end of the same working day. Then, your healthcare provider has to approve the refill and send it to the pharmacy, and this step may take up to 72 hours. You may need to have a follow-up appointment to refill your prescription. If there's a delay beyond 72 hours, please contact us.

Consider these options: (1) Inquire about non-coverage reasons — understand why the medication is not covered. (2) Seek prior authorization — some medications require a form from your provider explaining why the medication is necessary, potentially leading to insurance approval. (3) Request an exception and file an appeal — if initially denied, request an exception; if the exception is denied, file an appeal with your provider's support. (4) Discuss alternatives with your doctor — communicate with your provider to find effective and less expensive or covered alternative medications. (5) Explore discounts and assistance programs — search for discounts, coupons, and patient assistance programs to help cover medication costs.
