After each visit we provide an itemized superbill with the diagnosis codes, CPT codes, and clinician information your insurance needs. Submit it to your insurer and, if you have out-of-network mental health benefits, they'll reimburse a portion of your visit directly to you. Most PPO and POS plans include out-of-network coverage. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for every visit.
