Medication management

Medication management is the ongoing, collaborative process of finding and maintaining the right medication — at the right dose — for your symptoms, life, and goals.

What it includes

  • Monthly follow-up visits with your psychiatric clinician.
  • Secure messaging between visits for side-effect questions and quick adjustments.
  • Symptom and side-effect tracking with repeat validated screeners (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, ASRS).
  • Electronic prescriptions sent to your preferred pharmacy.
  • Coordination with your therapist or primary care provider when helpful.

Conditions we commonly manage

Adult ADHD, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, depression, bipolar II, OCD, PTSD, and burnout-related insomnia and irritability.

Controlled substances

Stimulants and other controlled medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and only in compliance with the federal Ryan Haight Act, DEA regulations, and your state board of pharmacy. We do not prescribe controlled substances on demand.

Outcomes & shared decision-making

Medication is one tool, not the only one. Your treatment plan may also include referrals for therapy or coaching, sleep and lifestyle changes, and labs through your primary care provider. Every change is a conversation, not a prescription handed down.

In a life-threatening emergency, call 988 or go to your nearest ER.
